If for some reason your question does not get answered in a reasonable amount of time, please send one of our site admins a PM (private message) in the forum so they can escalate your request. Pre-Sales Questions

If you are interested in purchasing ClassiPress but couldn’t find an answer to your question(s) on our features page, you can post them in our Pre-Sales Questions forum. You will generally get a much faster response by us or the community within the next couple of days vs sending us a message. With the high volume of email we get, we don’t want your question to get buried and lost in our inbox.

Looking for ClassiPress Technical Support?

We provide support in our forums to those who have purchased any version of ClassiPress. This means we are happy to answer any questions related to setting up and configuring ClassiPress so that you get everything working properly. Please keep in mind that support does not include prerequisite steps such as setting up your web hosting, understanding of programming languages such as html, php, sql, css, mysql databases, or trying to make modifications or enhancements to the ClassiPress code. Those items are your responsibility.

That does not mean you cannot or should not post your questions related to these topics because our community is usually quite responsive and helpful. We just want to make it clear what our support package includes so expectations can be properly set. You would be surprised as to how many people purchase ClassiPress and expect to us to buy them a domain, setup hosting, install WordPress, teach them how to code, and explain where babies come from. We might offer a full package like that in the future (well, except for the where babies come from part) but not at this time.
