Lynne is the Director of Communications at the Berkman Klein Center. She is a dynamic communicator and storyteller with a passion for change-makers, innovative technologies, and dedicated people who drive positive change in challenging environments.
Previously, Lynne held senior positions at eight U.S. Embassies, including Afghanistan, Kenya, Jordan, and South Sudan, where she managed communications and media relations. She received several awards from the State Department for her work. Lynne’s journey also includes serving as a Peace Corps volunteer in Uganda, where she adopted two boys and supported their education through high school.
Lynne holds a master’s degree in international relations from Georgetown University.
Now living in New Hampshire, she enjoys the great outdoors, especially skiing, hiking with her dog, and single-scull and double-scull rowing on the Merrimack River. During blueberry season, she can be found picking gallons of berries and making her own blueberry ice cream, blueberry pancake syrup, and blueberry jam.
